For more information on snakes, visit wikipedia
Snakes are elongated, legless, carnivorous reptiles of the suborder Serpentes that can be distinguished from legless lizards by their lack of eyelids and external ears. Like all squamates, snakes are ectothermic, amniote vertebrates covered in overlapping scales. Many species of snakes have skulls with several more joints than their lizard ancestors, enabling them to swallow prey much larger than their heads with their highly mobile jaws. To accommodate their narrow bodies, snakes' paired organs (such as kidneys) appear one in front of the other instead of side by side, and most have only one functional lung. Some species retain a pelvic girdle with a pair of vestigial claws on either side of the cloaca.
Living snakes are found on every continent except Antarctica, and on most smaller land masses; exceptions include some large islands, such as Ireland, Iceland, Greenland, the Hawaiian archipelago, and the islands of New Zealand, and many small islands of the Atlantic and central Pacific oceans.

Short description of this project.
Plywood was used for this project (1/4" thick). The wood is cover in masking tape. This method makes pattern removal very easy. Spray the tape or the back of the pattern with spray adhesive and stick it to the wood. Use a drill to pop some hole in the wood for the inside cuts. A 1/16" drill bit was used in the video. Scroll, scroll, and scroll some more. This project takes some time. Carefully, and i mean carefully, peal off the tape. I once pulled up a layer of plywood when pealing off the tape. Sand the project, 320 grit sand paper and a sanding block works well. That just about does it. Grab your pattern below before you leave.
